Professional in-home cleaning and conditioning for leather furniture, with the process selected for the material, finish and condition of the piece.

Professional cleaning is intended to remove suitable surface soil and contamination without using a process that is too aggressive for the finish. We assess the material and visible condition before choosing products and methods.
Conditioning is a separate step and is used only when it is appropriate for that leather and finish. Cleaning cannot repair cracks, replace missing color or rebuild a failed finish.
Leather furniture can become dull, dry, soiled, darkened by body oils or uneven in appearance long before the material itself fails. Regular cleaning removes suitable surface contamination, while conditioning may help maintain flexibility on leather types that benefit from it.
The correct process depends on the finish, absorbency and condition of the leather.
We clean genuine leather, vinyl and faux-leather furniture. Synthetic upholstery is treated differently from genuine leather, and conditioning is not described or applied as though the materials were the same.
Products and methods are selected for the visible finish, absorbency and condition of the leather.
Synthetic upholstery is cleaned with products appropriate for those surfaces rather than leather conditioner.
Fabric cleaning is not offered. Cushion restuffing and suitable reupholstery projects can be reviewed separately.
Results depend on the leather, finish, age of the contamination, previous treatments and whether the color or finish has already been damaged.
On absorbent aniline and lightly protected leathers, liquids and oils can penetrate below the surface instead of remaining on top.
Once contamination has moved into the leather, aggressive cleaning can cause additional color change without fully removing the stain. In those cases, the appropriate solution may involve controlled color correction or restoration rather than stronger cleaning.
A small water-drop test in a hidden area can give a rough indication of how absorbent the surface is, but it does not identify the leather type by itself.
Do not perform this test on damaged, cracked or visibly worn areas. Follow the furniture manufacturer’s care instructions when they are available.
Finish condition, previous treatments and wear can change how a surface reacts, so the result is only one clue.
The surface may be more absorbent and should be cleaned cautiously.
The leather may have a more protective finish, but this result does not identify the finish by itself.
Strong household cleaners, alcohol-based products, abrasive products or repeated scrubbing can damage the finish or remove color from some leather surfaces.
Once the finish or color layer has been damaged, additional cleaning will not restore it. At that point, the piece may require color restoration or refinishing instead.
Cleaning does not repair physical damage, replace missing color or rebuild a failed finish.
Appropriate conditioning may improve flexibility on some leather types, but it does not close existing cracks or reverse finish failure.
Cracked, faded or finish-damaged leather should be assessed for restoration so the service matches the actual condition of the piece.
There is no single schedule for every piece. Frequency depends on the type of leather, how often the furniture is used, body oils, pets, sunlight, indoor climate and the manufacturer’s care requirements.
High-contact areas such as headrests and armrests may need attention sooner because body oils and soil accumulate there faster.
Conditioning should be used only when it is appropriate for that particular leather and finish. Some pieces benefit from periodic conditioning; others need primarily proper cleaning and protection rather than frequent conditioner application.

“My leather sofa is over 25 years old, and the seat cushions were in terrible condition. The leather had deep cracks, heavy discoloration, and the whole surface looked completely worn and dried out. I honestly thought it was beyond repair. But Eugene from L3Xpro did an absolutely amazing job. He restored the entire sofa, repaired the cracked leather, and matched the original color perfectly. The finish looks smooth, rich, and even — you would never believe how bad it looked before. The transformation is unbelievable. My old 25-year-old sofa now looks modern, clean, and refreshed again. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and the color restoration are outstanding. If you're in Austin and need professional leather repair, leather color restoration, or crack”
