Commercial Furniture Repair & Reupholstery in Austin, TX

When Repair Makes More Sense Than Replacement

Commercial furniture often sees heavier and more frequent use than residential furniture. Booths, waiting-room seating, bar stools, office chairs and lobby furniture can wear unevenly while the frames and internal structure remain serviceable.

When the construction is still sound, localized repair, color restoration, cushion work or reupholstery may extend the useful life of the furniture without replacing an entire seating group.

For larger projects, the work can often be staged so only part of the seating is out of service at one time.

How It Works

1. Send Photos

Send photos of the full furniture pieces, close-ups of the damaged or worn areas, the approximate quantity involved and the business ZIP code.

2. Get an Estimate

We review the project and provide a written estimate when the information is sufficient. For qualifying larger projects, an on-site assessment may be arranged before the final scope and schedule are confirmed.

3. On-Site or Workshop

Work is completed on-site when practical and in the workshop when sewing, disassembly or more extensive rebuilding is required. Larger projects may be divided into stages to reduce disruption.

4. Inspect the Finished Work

You inspect the completed work with us before the project or agreed stage is closed.

Repair, Restore or Reupholster?

Repair or Restoration May Make Sense When

  • Damage is localized
  • Only part of a seating group is worn
  • The frame and surrounding material remain serviceable
  • The existing design and color need to be preserved
  • Keeping most of the furniture in service matters operationally

Full Reupholstery May Make More Sense When

  • Multiple panels are worn or damaged
  • The material is peeling, brittle or failing across larger areas
  • A localized patch would not provide a practical result
  • You want to change the material or color across the entire piece
  • The furniture structure is still worth keeping

Scheduling Around Business Hours

Commercial work can often be scheduled before opening, after closing or during lower-traffic periods, depending on the project and availability.

Larger seating areas may be completed in stages — for example, one group of chairs or one bank of booths at a time — so the entire space does not have to be taken out of service.

Some repairs can be completed on-site. Work requiring sewing, disassembly or more extensive rebuilding may be completed in the workshop and returned after completion.

The schedule is quoted per project based on quantity, scope, material availability and access requirements.

Commercial Upholstery Materials

We can provide leather, vinyl and fabric options from professional upholstery suppliers across different price and performance ranges.

Material selection depends on expected wear, cleaning requirements, appearance, budget and the type of furniture.

Customer-supplied material may also be used when it is new and suitable for the project.

What Our Clients Say

A customer review from an Austin-area furniture project.

“My leather sofa is over 25 years old, and the seat cushions were in terrible condition. The leather had deep cracks, heavy discoloration, and the whole surface looked completely worn and dried out. I honestly thought it was beyond repair. But Eugene from L3Xpro did an absolutely amazing job. He restored the entire sofa, repaired the cracked leather, and matched the original color perfectly. The finish looks smooth, rich, and even — you would never believe how bad it looked before. The transformation is unbelievable. My old 25-year-old sofa now looks modern, clean, and refreshed again. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and the color restoration are outstanding. If you're in Austin and need professional leather repair, leather color restoration, or crack”
